Costa Toscana is nice but lack of adult things to do / entertainment. The pool is taken over by the teenagers.

We would have liked there to be open restaurants all the time during the day

We had huge problems with the waiters at dinner, but during the past attending we know that giving the waiters HUGE amount of positive attention, ease them, and then the dinners the rest of the week goes easily.

I was on this cruise before and I was very negatively surprised that I was asked to leave the jacuzzi and sunbeds in the area at the back of the ship, as I was explained it was made "private"and required extra payment. Two years ago it was included. Opening hours for breakfast restaurants and being sent away by the staff explaining that the space was overcrowded even when I explained that my roommate was sitting there and saved space for me. I had to find another restaurant on different deck and eat alone. The cleaning of the rooms was insufficient: it was not vacuumed during the week, the same sheets were reused- turned around, he didn't pick up the empty glasses. We did get clean towels though. The service for dinner dining was great :)
